About These Albums: These albums are from my personal collection.  Most were purchased new.  The jackets have been stored in clear poly sleeves, and almost all of the albums come with a plastic lined slipcover in addition to the original inner sleeve if it has any artwork or is non-generic.  They have been well cared for over the years.

RECORD GRADING: We grade the cover and the vinyl separately.  This is the grading description we use.  Note that we've been collecting and selling vinyl for 30 years, and guarantee our grades to be accurate.  Our feedback is a testament to conservative grading.  If you receive an item you feel has been improperly graded, you may return it (in the condition you received it) for a full refund and we'll pay shipping both ways.

MINT (M) ---- Mint means perfect and I haven't seen a perfect record, so NOTHING GETS GRADED AS MINT.

NEAR MINT (NM) ---- Otherwise mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that do not affect play. Covers should be close to perfect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident: slight ring-wear, minor denting to a corner, or writing on the cover should all be noted properly.

EXCELLENT (Exl) ---- The record has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully. Not too far from perfect. On a disc, there may be light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a sleeve or the vinyl or some of the original luster may be lost. A slight scratch that did not affect play would be acceptably VG+ for most collectors.

VERY GOOD (VG) ---- Record displays visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. Some audible surface noise, but should not overwhelm the musical experience. Usually a cover is VG when one or two of these problems are evident: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, etc.

GOOD (G) ---- Well played with little luster and significant surface noise. Despite defects, record should still play all the way through without skipping. Several cover flaws will be apparent, but should not obliterate the artwork.

POOR (P) ---- Any record or cover that does not qualify for the above "Good" grading should be seen as Poor. Several cover flaws.

SHIPPING:  All albums shipped Priority Mail in the U.S. or Airmail outside the U.S.  For shipments in the CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY, shipping is $5 for the 1st album, and $1.50 for each additional album.  Double album sets count as 2 records for shipping.  Outside the continental U.S., please email for a shipping quote.  toyranch@aol.com

After You Buy~~We will send an email with payment instructions unless you have paid via PayPal at the time of purchase. The email will have your total and payment instructions. The information in the email can usually be found here in the listing as well. When your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Satisfaction Guarantee ~~ We guarantee your satisfaction! If your item is defective, or if there was an error in the description, please let us know right away, and we will replace or refund. If it is just not quite what you expected, please let us know right away and we will approve a return for credit, which can be used to purchase a different item from us.

Insurance ~~ We do not offer USPS insurance. The cost is too high, and the process for filing a claim is too difficult and time-consuming. Instead, we offer Delivery Guarantee. Delivery Guarantee comes with Delivery Confirmation from the post office or item tracking from another carrier, and provides full reimbursement guarantee against damage or loss during mailing, for only $1 per $100 of sale price. This service is only available for US customers. International customers will be offered insurance at cost when available.

Feedback~~ We leave feedback for all our customers after shipment. If you have received a shipment confirmation, and feedback has not been posted within 48 hours, please let us know!

Texas State Sales Tax ~~ We are located in the State of Texas, and are required to collect sales tax for all shipments made within the state. We are located in Dallas, and are required to charge for all shipments at the rate of 8.25%. Sales Tax is charged on sales AND shipping, per State Law. If you have any questions about this, please contact the Texas State Comptroller at 1-800-252-5555.

Local Buyers ~~ We do not have a retail store, and we do not keep regular hours. Sorry, but our lease does not allow for retail customers, and items are not available for pickup from our warehouse.

Buying Several Items? ~~ We gladly combine shipping when possible. Sometimes, items cannot be shipped together, but we are happy to do it at a reduced rate, or the same rate when possible. If you are buying multiple items, please do NOT make multiple electronic payments! We will generate a combined invoice for all of your items together!

Shipping ~~ Most of our listings have fixed price shipping for domestic US orders. In some cases, this rate will ONLY apply to the continental US, and not Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. We will maintain the same rate to these areas when the cost to ship is not higher. International shipping varies according to location, please email for a quote. We use USPS (Priority, 1st Class, Media, and Parcel Post) and FedEx Ground for shipping (at our option). If you have a special request to specify a shipper or method, we will try to honor it, however the cost may be greater.
