INCREDIBLY RARE Terre Haute pressing of this soul-blues masterpiece from 1973? on Epic's orange bullseye label with 1D/1F matrix suffixes stamped in the dead wax, respectively, on sides one and two and complete lyrics on the rear cover. Release year is unclear as there isn't a single entry for this pressing anywhere in the gargantuan, all-knowing Discogs database whatsoever. THAT'S how you know it's rare. LP side 1 is a beautiful VG++ and side 2 is a gorgeous near mint minus. Cover is VG- with a small tear and a 4" piece of thin transparent tape in the bottom left hand corner and a small top right hand corner promo hole on the front only. This is the copy you want to play and enjoy. Incudes the absolutely sublime original version of Strawberry Letter 23, well worth 100 times the price of admission on its own merit but this entire LP is fantastic. You will not be disappointed.
