SHADES OF DEEP PURPLE--G/VG+ Stereo 1968 British/English Import Album by Deep Purple--on EMI/Parlophone (black label with yellow and silver print)--original Inner Sleeve Included
 This is the LP, SHADES OF DEEP PURPLE, by Deep Purple
(EMI/Parlophone [UK] PCS-7055--stereo--1968).

  • CONDITION: Record: G (unfortunately, this rare, collectible record has numerous light and fine scratches all over, and a few "medium" scratches; it is better than "Fair" or "Poor", so I grade it "G"; on a good note, the labels by themselves are VG++); Jacket: VG+ (no splits, but 4 nicks along top edge; front cover lamination [cellophane] layer shows a few spots where air is underneath, at creases along spine, at top near spine, and 3 creases near the open edge in the center [what I call "thumb creases"]; also a few small creases on back where lamination forms 3 sides of the border; one tiny surface tear to front just below top near center; "$2.00" written in pen in front upper right corner; lightly worn corners).
  • DEADWAX NUMBERS: (Side 1): "YEX 689-1", "A", and "1"; and (Side 2): "YEX 690-1", "H", and "1".
