NEVER MIND THE BOLLOCKS
HERE'S THE
SEX PISTOLS
Eleven track first edition original UK vinyl release from 1977 on Virgin (cat. no. V2086) complete with shrinkwrap, sticker, poster and 1-sided single.
IN STUNNING CONDITION
First of all - the record. The condition of the vinyl is absolutely mint. The matrix numbers are A3 and B1. The labels are beautiful and clean with a barely noticable spindle mark on each side so I guess it's been played at least once. It comes in a white paper sleeve with 'Made in England R.S. 9-77' printed at the foot if that's significant..
Now for the sleeve - the original shrinkwrap is fully intact apart from a careful slit where the record has been removed. It has been kept in a PVC sleeve which I haven't removed (see pictures) although all signs are that it would be a simple task. The original green sticker on the front is intact and perfect with no signs of attempted removal. It's marked SPOTS 001. As it's been kept in a PVC sleeve the cover itself is immaculate. The only blemish I can find is a minor finger crease/dent about 5" from the top right at the opening due to the card cover extending a fraction past the protection of the PVC. The back of the sleeve lists the eleven tracks.
Finally the extras - the folded poster is in perfect condition and looks like it's been kept in the sleeve for the last 35 years with no signs of it ever being on a wall. Couldn't be better. The one-sided 'Submission' 7" single is also in top condition and comes in a plain white paper sleeve.
I could go on on and describing this groundbreaking album but I'm sure anyone interested in it will realise exactly what it is.
