Here we have the rare Samhain LP Initium on the Plan 9/Caroline Label PL9-04. As far as I can tell it's a reissue from about 1988 (But I'm not an expert in this field, so if you know more please feel free to correct me!). Featuring Glen Danzig on Vocals and Guitar, Eerie Von and Bass and Steve Zing on Drums.
The Record is in VG condition: it has surface marks (some of which are highlighted in a close up photo), so doesn't look like a museum piece, but equally is an 80s pressing of this seminal album that plays through fine and sounds great and strong! The sleeve is a step down in condition as can be seen from the photos (not unheard of for these unforgiving dark non-laminated sleeves), a fair bit of handling, corner wear, edge wear, and a small area (just over 1cm squared) of the printed surface has come away in the bottom right hand-corner of the back (highlighted in a close up picture), whilst the spine isworn,the text on it is legible.
