Description

This is a rare genuine pressing of Samhain's epochal "Initium" LP on Plan 9/Caroline. This is the 3rd pressing (identical to most copies people are try to pawn off as "first pressings" on eBay right now), you can tell by the matrix numbers. Side A has a large number of PL-904-A, smaller number of 6-23-89 next to it; Side B has PL-904-B followed by a smaller 8-84. Don't be fooled by fake "first pressings", always ask for complete matrix numbers and run them by Misfits Central or Flex before you get ripped off!!!!

Also, there is no such thing as a "transparent brown" version of this. It's cheap '80s vinyl, all the black vinyl copies are "transparent brown" if you hold them up to the light, IT'S JUST THE WAY SOME BLACK VINYL IS.

The cover and vinyl are ine excellent condition; there is no insert, sorry. This does come with the original white paper dust sleeve, now yellowed with age. I'll include it as well as a new paper dust sleeve that I've kept the record in to keep it safe :)

This is an amazing record in an early (and non-bootleg, meaning great sound quality) pressing, buy it and enjoy it because this collection has to go! Bid with confidence knowing that I'm being honest insteado f trying to milk an extra buck by listing ambiguous matrix numbers or pressing info or pretending something is a variant when it isn't.
