ARTIST: Sam Rivers TITLE: A New Conception LABEL: Blue Note RECORD #: BLP 4249 SPEED: 33 1/3 rpm CONDITION: VG+/++ COVER CONDITION: VG++ ADDITIONAL INFO: Van Gelder in dead wax area. Vinyl Grading M...(Mint), as in new and unopened.
M-.. (Mint Minus) nearly new and looks near perfect. Shows no wear. May have been played but doesn't look it. No scratches or scuffs.
VG++...Very well cared for item. May show slight signs of wear or slight scuffs or extremely light scratches.
VG+....A used, but not abused record. Will have light scratches. Only minor noise and no repeated clicks, pops or ticks from scratches.
VG......Noise will be evident at intro and outro, and quiet parts of the music, but not overbearing.
VG-....Looks ok, but sounds very scratchy..
G+...........A worn and scratched record that plays well with no skips.
G ..............A worn and scratched record that plays only Ok

Cover Grading MINT........ Still Shrink Wrapped. M- ....... Appears new with some barely noticeable wear. VG++.... Shows slight wear on edges and corners. An album cover that has been taken care of. VG+...... Some moderate wear, no major problems. Still a nice cover VG........ Obvious signs of wear. Areas starting to rub off. One or more edges starting to split. Slight fraying on the corners. GD.......... Heavy wear.
