Basati sulla bella voce della sorella di Alan Sorrenti, Jane, i Saint Just hanno cominciato come trio con strumenti prevalentemente acustici, fondendo insieme folk, psichedelia ed influenze classiche. Gli ottimi risultati sono dimostrati nel loro primo album, uscito nel 1973 per la Harvest. Le atmosfere soft prog sono eteree e ipnotiche, come nel primo brano Quando nel mondo distrutto incominciò la vita, e c'è anche la partecipazione di Alan Sorrenti alla voce in un brano e di Tony Esposisto

Based on the beautiful voice of Alan Sorrenti's sister Jane, Saint Just began as a trio with mainly acoustic instruments and mixing together folk, psychedelia and classical influences. The very good results are demonstrated in their first album, released in 1973 on Harvest. The soft prog atmospheres are dreamy and enchanting, like in the opening Quando nel mondo distrutto incominciò la vita, and Alan Sorrenti also sang on a track and Tony Esposito
