Artist: Sahib Shihab feat. Kenny Clarke, Benny Bailey, Francy Boland, Milt Jackson, Åke Persson, Jimmy Woode Title: Companionship Label: Vogue Records Gatefold WLP Year: 197? Condition Cover / Vinyl: ex / vg+ Comment: Another major rarity here! I hate to let this one go since it's one of the best jazz records ever made on the planet earth. Truly consistent double LP with so many killer tracks, "Calypso blues", "Just give me time", "Sconsolato", "Turk's bolero", "Om mani padme hum" etc. And what an amazing line up of musicians on this one, simply top class. This is also truly rare, both LP's has light marks from taking in & out of the sleeve but NO big marks. Just thin hairlines, no scratches. It plays fine from A to Z on my turntable, but i'm picky with the gradings so I don't want to make anyone dissapointed. Bid with confidence, this is a big piece.
