Description

You are bidding on a 100% GENUINE item. This is NOT one of the modern day reproduction vinyl painted discs sold to fans. This disc was presented to the same person to whom the Roxy Music For Your Pleasure gold disc also advertised by me on eBay today was presented. This disc was presented to celebrate the sale of £250,000 worth of the 1975 Island album Country Life. This is stated on the large plaque inside the frame. This item was also purchased by me at the Sotheby's London Rock and Pop Auction 17 July 1997. The disc is in a gold coloured frame with a glass front and a cardboard back. The gold coloured disc is metal NOT vinyl !
