This is a rare seven inch put out by Vermiform that came free with a copy of Dear Jesus #38 in 1990. Here's a review from the blog "icoulddietomorrow":
Another of my favorite records released in the 90s, the split between Rorschach and Neanderthal is also one of the most brutal. On the A-side we have hardcore legends Rorschach providing one of their very best tracks with "Brainhandle," a shot of adrenaline in the form of fast and dissonant hardcore, as well as an awesome cover (like their version of "My War") of Septic Death's "Hardware." Neanderthal contributes two short, ruthless, and unwavering blasts of pure hatred. Not quite as sludgy as their masterpiece Fighting Music, it's still some of the most ferocious powerviolence ever created.
