Description

Rolling Stones-"Hot Rocks", a 2 LP greatest hits set, London 2PS 606/7, released in 1971. One of the holy grails of Stones LP collecting, this is the ultra rare pressing with versions of "Brown Sugar" and "Wild Horses" that are unavailable anywhere else. The date 11-18-71 and the name "Shelly" are both present in the dead wax area on side 4. I spotchecked them both and they are definitely the alternate versions. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM- condition; with the exception of a couple very light marks and blemishes, these LP's almost looks unplayed.  They were played, because there are a couple very tiny spindle marks on the labels, but they were either played very sparingly or very carefully. The cover is in VG+ condition, with the only real flaw being some very light ring wear on the front. In addition, there is the beginning of some ring wear and the back and the seams are partially worn. there are no seam tears, splits, etc. Includes both original London inner sleeves, both with a partial bottom split and one with a partial side split. No need to list the songs; you all know what they are. Fantastic collectible by The World's Greatest Rock & Roll Band and now becoming very hard to find, especially in this condition.
