THE ROLLING STONES - 'SOME GIRLS'
This pristine UK 1st pressing dating from initial June 1978 release on the Rolling Stones Records label: CUN 39108
Matrix numbers: CUN 39018 A-3U & CUN 39018 B-3U
Vinyl weight: 122g
Housed in the original die-cut design by Peter Corriston featuring The Rolling Stones in garish drag alongside select female celebrities and lingerie ads. The cover immediately ran into trouble when Lucille Ball, Farrah Fawcett, Liza Minnelli (representing her mother Judy Garland), Raquel Welch, and the estate of Marilyn Monroe threatened legal action. It was withdrawn and the women's likenesses removed on later pressings. Complete with its original 'withdrawn' inner-sleeve featuring many of the above mentioned famous faces.

Clean & uncreased with the only fault being a tiny 2cm side seam stress.
