Up for sale, with NO RESERVE is a Limited Edition Box Set of the The Rolling Stones Original Master Recordings.

ROLLING STONES Original Master Recordings. Legendary & extremely rare. US limited edition individually numbered Mobile Fidelity embossed, hinged wooden box set containing ELEVEN MFSL audiophile 180 gram virgin vinyl LPs, an exclusive 32-page book containing the full size original sleeve artwork [including the lenticular 3-D 'Satanic Majesties' cover] and a Geo-Disc cartridge alignment platter.

This set of Stones LPs is rarer than The Beatles 14LP "Collection" set. MFSL manufactured 20,000 Beatles sets, but there were only 10,000 Stones sets. The set for sale here was the 248th of all the albums pressed. Limited Edition Library of Orginal Master Recordings, transferred direct from the original 1963 to 1969 master recording tapes of The Rolling Stones, includes an elegant Artbook that reproduces The Rolling Stones original album cover graphics. The set also comes with a Geodisc. The Geo-Disc will enable you to easily align your turntable to within 2/1000th's of an inch in accuracy. The result can be incredibly improved playback performance. A superb addition to your collection!

Upon visual inspection everything appears overall to be in excellent condition with a few minor exceptions. We noticed most of the albums have fine surface scratches and/or fingerprints/smudge marks on them (predominantly albums 1, 3, 8 & 11) that may or may not affect their sound. Album 3 has 2 scratches that are a little deeper and wider than the others. Album 8 looks like it may have gotten wet at some point and been wiped dry. It is not warped. Album 8 is in a generic album sleeve - it's original inner sleeve and white folding cardboard sleeve are missing (see last picture). The cover of the 32 page artbook is warped and the white page "dust jacket" is detached.

Please note: we do not have a turntable to play/test these albums on, so we make no opinion on their actual condition. While most items appear to be in excellent condition all our observations are strictly visual. As such, the item is being sold AS IS. Again, our knowledge of this item is limited and therefore it's possible for us to overlook items that may be important to prospective buyers. Please look at all the pictures and ask any questions Before Bidding.
