Description
This is an original, near mint condition promotional LP Rolling Stones "Interview With Mick Jagger". It was issued by Rolling Stones Records in 1971. It was distributed to radio stations, the music press and music industry V.I.P.s. It was never made available to the general public. It comes in a white cardboard sleeve with "An Interview With Mick Jagger By Tom Donahue April, 1971" printed on the front. The back of the sleeve is blank. It has had a protective plastic sleeve taped on it since it was released. The label is a standard yellow Rolling Stones records, with "Not For Sale" printed on it. The side one label is actually the label for side two. This was corrected by the record company by writing "one" over the "two". The side two label is correct. The album features an interview with Mick Jagger conducted by radio personality Tom Donahue. It has had one owner, a former record company executive who has had it filed away since 1971. This is one of the rarest Rolling Stones promotional items and is sought after by collectors around the world.
Label - Rolling Stones - 164
