ROLLING STONES

Aftermath

 Extremely rare 1966 UK first pressing 14-track mono LP on the red unboxed Decca logo 'ffrr' label in the withdrawn 'Shadow Text' front laminated picture sleeve.

The machine stamped matrixes in the dead vinyl are XARL-7209-4B & XARL-7210-6A.

The sleeve, with its distinctive shadowed lettering, was quickly withdrawn & replaced with the more familiar block lettering found on all subsequent issues, making this so very very rare!!

The Mono on the rear is above the catalogue number as opposed to the left as it was on all other subsequent pressings

The sleeve itself is in good condition considering it age with some some discolouration to the rear, some minor scuffing to the side and a few creases on the front (see Pics) being the only things to mention

The labels on both sides are in great condition with some minor spindle marks visible under a good light

I would grade side 1 as good, as it does have a scratch, but still plays well

I would grade side 2 as very good, as it only has hairline scratches that can be seen under a strong light.

All in all this is a true collectors item that you hardely ever see.

It is the TRUE FIRST PRESSING!!
