Decca LK4786 - Original Red / Silver "Deep-Grooved" Label - Original 1966 1st UK Mono Issue - Rolling Stones - Aftermath
PURPLE SHADOW COVER: The album title was was printed in a distinctive shadow effect on the title lettering. The purple shadow design was not liked by the band and was quickly withdrawn and replaced with the familiar version. But a few hundred shadows cover survived, making this album very very rare and highly sought after by Stones collectors.
Condition:
Record is in VG Condition - Visually the disc is clean with a number of superficial, hairline surface marks - The disc does have a significant warp in it (hence the VG grade) - however it plays fine on my LP12 / ARO / dl103r
Jacket is in EX Condition - Back of jacket is a little brown with age (foxing) - Name written in top right corner on the back - Some laminate creasing - Otherwise Very Clean! - See scan
