Rolling Stones 45 RPM It's All Over Now Picture Sleeve London 45-9687 
Tracks include "Good Times Bad Times" and It's All Over Now."
Cover:  Truly beautiful example of this rare Rolling Stones 45.  Usually we find these old picture sleeves tatty and wrinkled and worn and dirty but this one seems to have  been in some time capsule.  Colors are bright and clean, no surface wear or ring wear though the shape of the record is mildly pressed into the paper. Just a few barely visible wrinkles.  Seams all intact no splits or rips.  I see 2 tiny pieces of scotch tape affixed to the top two corners as if to protect against splitting but these do not indicate a repair.  Please check the pics this is definitely collector grade I am thinking pretty solid VG++.
Label:  Very decent condition just a little visible dirt and "8/64" can be seen in handwriting on side 2.
Vinyl:  Vinyl is clean and glossy and plays well with minimal background noise if any. Watching the vinyl spin it shows a very minor imperfection in flatness but play is not effected.   Surface defects are barely noticeable.
