Roland Kirk's "Kirk's Work" on Prestige Records.
Catalog # PRLP 7210. 
This is a truly beautiful copy of this pressing.
Matrix reads PRLP-7210-A and is marked "RVG" (the initials of legendary engineer Rudy Van Gelder).
Vinyl is in EX condition. Side A has three very faint paper scuffs and two very small surface scratches. They cannot be felt or heard when the record is played. Side B has one light paper scuff. Vinyl is super clean and glossy. Retains all of its original shine and luster. Label is in good shape...just a couple of light spindle marks.
Sleeve is also in EX condition. No ring wear. A touch of light shelf wear on edges and corners...see photos. Nice rigid spine with not even the slightest hint of splitting. A bit of tape residue is on the upper left corner of the back of the sleeve...about 3/4 inches long. No stains, tears, writing, etc...
