Riptides
Riptides (Beach Records London)Rare UK limited edition LP released in the early 80's on Beachtime Records. Limited and numbered 380 of 515. Features rare demo recordings circa 1980. Band features original Go-Betweens drummer Dennis Cantwell and led by Mark Callaghan (Gangajang, Stetsons, Abscent Friends). Originating in Brisbane and originally called the Numbers before changing to Riptides.
Track Listing: Magic moments, Power of love, Kiss nice, Time of my life, Lonely old Sunday, The other side, She's my world, Growing up in Brisbane, No reply, It happened all the time, Keep it up, Swept away.
Record has a few light scuff marks and very light scratches. There are a few light crackles throughout. Record is in Excellent condition. Cover has a few light age spots, light ring wear and a small sticker stain on top right hand corner. Cover is in Excellent condition.
