Rick Springfield-Success Hasn’t Spoiled Me Yet Test Pressing’s!! RARE!
Up for grabs, is a super rare two LP set of test pressings from Rick Springfields 1982 album Success hasn’t spoiled me yet. These were cut directly on the lathe and only given to the producer and label as a reference before the album was released. These are one sided acetates directly from the mastering studio. Cut at artisan sound recorders in Hollywood December 4 of 1981. Both are labeled stereo, EQ one. These are super rare and hard to get and pretty much the epitome of vinyl as they are cut directly on the mastering lathe. I worked in recording studios in Hollywood for years, so there’s no telling where I picked these up. I’ve had them stashed away for over 30 years and never played them. Absolutely flawless condition!
