STAR RATING YOUR SELLER:

Description: I try to describe as best as I possibly can take pictures and answer question concerning the item. I appreciate civil emails. FYI: No Seller on Ebay would willfully misdescribe their item, it isn't worth the hassle; at least this seller wouldn't; happy customers are the key to success.

Communication: As a buyer you will receive approximately 5 emails from ebay, myself, paypal and paypal shipping for each item. Everyone gets the same amount; please decide prior to leaving a 1 or 2 rating if that is enough communication. Sorry I cannot afford to send Christmas Cards. :)

Ship Time:  I ship same or next BUSINESS day (M-F excluding holidays)  as payment is recieved;  Please decide prior to leaving a 1 or 2 rateing on how fast the seller shipped the item and if next business day is adequate--this is not a forum to rate postal transit time, it is a forum to strictly rate how fast a seller packaged your item, purchased the stamp and mailed it.

Shipping & handling charges: As a buyer you are charged actual shipping costs, which tends to really mean most of the time I pay more for the stamp than you do. The cost of the stamp is displayed on the label, please compare that  against the cost you paid for shipping prior to leaving a 1 or 2 rating. This is not a forum to tell the Post Office that postage is ridiculous; this is a forum to strictly rate the individual seller on the fairness of what you paid to ship your item.

Leaving sellers 1 & 2 ratings when they have actually not earned that low rating hurts their ability to conduct business on ebay; these rating are updated daily for the sellers view. If you actually took the time to read this I appreciate your time and your business. Thank you.

I regret the necessity of the following paragraph, for most ebayers it is not needed, for those few out there it needs to be said:

I do not give full or partial refunds while the buyer can keep the item.  It is a tough world out there right now, and there are always those scammers who try to take advantage they will not prevail on this site, I am not threatened by poor feedback, so if you are one of those buyers who wants something for nothing, move on, I value my customers, however I do not value those ebayers who plague ebay with their scams. Ebay has put safeguards in place to protect buyers from Fraudulent sellers, although the sellers have to take what we get and have no recourse but to cave to them (pay them) or take the poor feedback. I choose the latter.
