Description
This is the original pressing of Red Mitchell “Happy Minors” on the clef-and-staff labels of Bethlehem BCP 1033. The beaded-rim playing surface is in mint condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated cover shows light ago toning on the left and right edges of the front and back; the back slick has the inked name and address of the previous owner – Thomas Stewart, jazz arranger and musician, who also wrote the liner notes – at the top; slight lamination lifting (no flaking) along the opening. Personnel include Bob Brookmeyer, Zoot Sims, Conte Candoli, and Stan Levey. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Please do not bid unless you are comfortable providing credit card information directly.
