MASTERED BY STEVE HOFFMAN. This audiophile vinyl LP is in Sealed/presumed MINT condition. The Album Cover is in EXCELLENT+ condition showing light shelf/storage wear, a lightly bumped/scuffed corner and a small tear at the zipper at the front top right corner (see photo #3). Still sealed in original baggy. Numbered 1062 Limited Edition. Not a cut out. Please see my grading scale found below. Item will ship in a recycled, structurally sound industry standard corrugated cardboard LP container. RARE IN SEALED CONDITION.

LP GRADING SCALE:
MINT = LP and Inserts are New and/or Sealed.
NEAR MINT = LP and Inserts are not sealed, LP most likely has been played but looks ‘like new’. A Cover/Insert shows no signs of use/handling. 
EXCELLENT = LP shows minor signs of use that may include a few light, shallow scratches and/or markings. A Cover/Insert may show minor bending/denting/creasing from removal/use.
VERY GOOD = LP shows multiple light scratches and/or markings. A Cover/Insert may show a combination of bends, dents, creases and/or cut outs.
GOOD = LP is heavily scratched and/or marked. A Cover/Insert may show a combination of multiple bends, dents, creases, moisture contact and/or cut outs.
