This Vintage New Rhythm & Blues Quartet (NRBQ) 45 RPM Metal Master by Select O Hit - # 135 is an Awesome & Rare Find. It is in very good condition and would have been used to manufacture this 45 RPM record. I am not sure if this is a mother master or father master. It is certainly playable with the right equipment. It is in a Plastic Products cardboard sleeve. Plastic Products was a record manufacturer associated with Sam Phillips and Sun Records.
