Description

Rare 67' UK Columbia(DB 8135) Demo;Haydocks'Rockhouse-Lovin'You/Mix-A-Fix. In Very Good-/Plays Very Good ++(B-side Excellent-) condition.Quite a few superficial surface marks  making the vinyl look deceptively rough,but all the marks are  light and typical of a record stored for a while without a sleeve,with other sleeveless 45' rubbing against it.Really does play great with only a small trace of surface noise briefly on the inferior A-side(a Lovin'Spoonful cover).B-side is a great bit of Mod/Beat/ Blue-Eyed-Soul,very similar in sound&style to The Alan Bown Set.Scan to follow..Unfortunately,since first listing this I have noticed while inspecting closely under a strong light that there is   the beginnings-just the beginnings-of a small and feint  hairline crack on the outer edge of the run in grooves.It is NOT near the playing surface and completely unaffects play.However,from experience with similar 45's,any buyer will have to just treat it a little more gently than others,not applying any undue pressure on the record during play and storage(probably best to keep it in a cardboard sleeve just in case).My apologies-please bear this in mind before bidding.
