Description
This was sent to me as a promo copy way back upon release to my then record store. It has NEVER been played until just now to FLAC and to test. Playback is FLAWLESS! Meaning, this is ONE PLAY shy of MINT condition.
These were sent out to record stores, radio stations, etc...BEFORE the album was released. These are first run pressings AND were BEFORE the Parental Advisory and the Tracks Hype stickers were applied nor were they EVER shrink-wrapped. The labels are also noticeably different (albeit in small ways) from the retail versions with all the stickers and shrink. These were simply slid into UPS bubble mailers and sent on their way. Finding one that doesn't have some sort of crease or issue as a result is near impossible. The tiny bend in the cover is pictured here.
This is the ONLY time that this slab has EVER been out in open air and touched by human hands since being originally assembled in the factory/plant. In fact, the static cling put up a bit of a fight!
