Radio K.A.O.S. ~ Roger Waters ~ Original inner sleeve has some splitting at the center of the sides
Record is VG++ (few light markings, should not affect audio quality) / Sleeve is VG (some wear on the front and back, some light creasing on the front and back originating from the seams, small dings on the corners, wear on the corners, wear on the seams with NO SPLITS - see pictures)
