Description
RUSH: S/T - Mercury/Moon/SRO Issue! For all you collectors who need to have EVERY issue - here is a Super Rare RUSH 1st LP 3rd press. After the 1st Moon issue, after the 2nd Moon/Mercury issue, there was the Mercury/Moon/SRO issue. This is the last issue before it morphed in the straight forward mercury skyscraper issue. The cover has the Mercury and SRO stamps but the Moon stamp has been dropped. The LP however retains the Moon designation on the lable and in the run-off area.
Another hard to find pressing - this one retains the harder cardboard thicker sleeve, but the letters are now pink. The vinyl is the red lable like the 2nd press, and is the last pressing to have this lable.
The cover does show some writing in the upper left corner (about 1/2 inch by 1 inch) but at least it's black - so it blends in pretty good. There is also some wear in the "U" of Rush. Other than that, it's in really excellent shape.
The LP looks has some small scuffs which didn't effect the play on my turntable.
