Terrific compilation of very early 80's post punk / new wave. Heavy synths with drum machines. Reminiscent of early Revolting Cocks, Joy Division. Great discovery of bands and musicians you wouldn't normally come across. Sadly the Windmills track jumps a little bit at one section.
