From 1973, out of New York, comes Roy Brooks And The Artistic Truth with their album Ethnic Expressions on IM-HOTEP Records CS030. ULTRA MEGA-RARE ORIGINAL PRESS OF THIS MUCH SOUGHT AFTER AND FABULOUS FREE SPIRITUAL JAZZ LP!! The album contains five songs with the second to last one dedicated to the Black Women and it contains vocals. Roy Brooks is joined by Olu Dara, Hamiet Bluiett, Reggie Workman, Joseph Bonner, Black Rose, Eddie Jefferson, Cecil Bridgewater, Sonny Fortune, John Stubblefield, Hilton Ruiz, Richard Landrum and Lawrence Williams. Fantastic album! I obtained this copy from a woman whose father saw the group in concert when the album was recorded! SUPER RARE ORIGINAL!! NOT A REISSUE!!

ALL RECORDS GRADED VISUALLY WITH 150 WATT BULB AND 34 PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE!! 

FLAWS: High spot rubs on front cover,upper left corner banged,paper has come up, but is there, there is a little bit of paper roughness with some paper missing on seam only. Light browning around edges of rear cover.Tiny white lower right seam at seam opening. Slight spindle mark.

GRADING: Cover is better than VG+, very close to  VG++, record has VG++ labels and MINT MINUS wax!!!
