1750 Arch Records S-1774 (1978, USA)
This early LP by American experimental/electronic composer, David Rosenboom, features two works in collaboration with pioneer synthesizer inventor Donald Buchla. “And Out Come the Night Ears” is an improvisationally developed solo for piano interfaced to an electronic system. “How Much Better If Plymouth Rock Had Landed On the Pilgrims” is an improvised work between Rosenboom & Buchla. Fantastic examples of early synthesized works.
Record is in NM+ condition (appears unplayed) and jacket is NM. Scarce LP & rarely offered on eBay, especially in this condition.
I recently acquired a small but superb collection of modern, experimental, improvised, & electronic music. I will be offering 50 or so items from this collection at the end of each month. This kind of material rarely surfaces so keep looking for future auctions.
