On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Ronnie Ross called 'Cleopatras Needle' and is a UK ORIGINAL 1968 1st pressing on the 1st Press Fontana label!!!! THIS LP IS QUITE SIMPLY ONE OF THE RAREST UK JAZZ LPS EVER AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!! IT WAS PRESSED ON THE VERY SOUGHT AFTER FONTANA 'SFJL' SERIES AND ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS!!!! AS A RESULT IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AND SERIOUSLY RARE!!!! BUT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND MOST IMPORTANTLY PLAYS ABSOLUTELY SUPERBLY!!!! IN FACT THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST PLAYING 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP LEFT IN EXISTENCE!!!! EVERY NOTE ON THIS LP PLAYS IN ABSOLUTELY CRYSTAL CLEAR SOUND QUALITY AND THERE IS NO CRACKLE AT ALL!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Fontana UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SFJL 915 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Fontana label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels (see pictures) are in AWESOME condition with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 VERY small and NON sounding scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must STRICTLY grade visually Very Good++++ if not better - with the playing grade MUCH better still!!!! THIS RECORD PLAYS SUPERBLY!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The Flipback Laminated 1st Press Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), VERY shiny laminate and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!! The cover must STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not Excellent(Minus)!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
