This is the rare album by the rolling stones, not only because it is in lovely condition but because it is the much rare mono press from 1969
Cover
The original front laminated cover is in Excellent+ condition if not better!! with no tears, stickers, writng, ring wear or edge splits. The laminated front has no laminate damage just a few creases and the corner tips are ever so slightly rounded. The back which has the "peep hole" is also very nice with again just a few creases.Seams and spine are fantastic and the spine text is fully readable
Original "let it bleed" uncensored inner
The red uncensored inner is unsplit!! which is very unusual, made out of thin paper there are the usual creases, grades Excellent
Labels
The original red unboxed decca labels are very clean with no damage and grade Excellent++ with no big spindle marks..just the odd very tiny one on the hole which is hardly noticeable and no spindle hole damage..see scans
Record
The record i must say looks really nice,it has that just pressed look and is made out of heavy thick vinyl. There is no groove wear and when you take it out of the inner and look at it you think you have a near mint record. It is only when you put it under intense strong light can you see some whispy hairlines which could have been caused by removing the record from the inner sleeve, grades a lovely Excellent. It lies flat on the turntable and plays really well with no loud crackles,it does not stick or jump but has a few light clicks in places and a little low static in places which does not overshadow the music and is what you would expect for a record that is 40 years old!!..there is no sound distortion as the music is crystal clear..i guarantee you will be very happy with this!!
