High gloss, thick vinyl appears unplayed. No marks. Labels are pristine both sides.
COVER is VG+
Warhol, double layer, ZIPPER cover is very clean front and back. Thin, spider line crease at belt line next to buckle. Small initial on back u.r. corner. Tiny nick to right edge and small (1/4") spot of wear on spine. Seams and spine otherwise excellent with no wear or splits.
ZIPPER in perfect condition - opens and closes smoothly; firmly attached.
All appears perfect in the underwear zone beneath (with Andy Warhol's signature and the "This Photograph may not be...etc." print in red).
Superb condition 1st issue pressing with amazingly bright, loud, clear sound!

Original TONGUE / PHOTO inner sleeve included in excellent, super clean condition.
Disc kept inside additional anti-static lined inner sleeve to protect both the original inner and the vinyl.
LP housed in protective poly outer sleeve.

"The STONES recovered their rebel status with STICKY FINGERS....there's something dark and dangerous lurking at the heart of this music. It was also their most overt drug album....The Rolling Stones' best 'tunes' album...captures the Stones bluesy swagger in a...dark-land where few dare to tread...even the jaunty rural take `Dead Flowers' has a derisive sneer beneath the hokum delivery.
Only a peak-of-their-powers Stones could manage to overshadow one of their very greatest albums by surrounding it in their studio chronology with Let It Bleed and Exile on Main St.. Sticky Fingers, however, is anything but an also-ran. Offering some of the band's most inspired twists on their basic approach--'Sway', the midtempo rocker that would sound orchestral even without Paul Buckmaster's climactic string arrangement; the gorgeous closer 'Moonlight Mile' -this also rocks like the demon they had lived to face another day after Altamont. And, as if to prove their minds were still as dirty as their music, its keynote is 'Brown Sugar'."
...and, of course: "Bitch", "Sister Morphine" -and my favorites: "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" and "Wild Horses" - both proving what a superb pick Mick Taylor was for lead guitar.
All records packed with vinyl (inside inner sleeve) behind cover - and shipped in strong LP mailer boxes with bubble-wrap around all sides - sandwiched between stiff corrugated flats for best protection in the mail.
Please be aware that these important supplies add to my shipping costs - of which only a very small amount is added into the shipping charge.

Most of my customers prefer Media Mail because it is very cheap. Please keep in mind that it's cheap because it is SLOW; most Media Mail packages take a week to travel 30 miles and around two weeks to travel cross-country. Sometimes it can arrive cross-country in 5 days - sometimes it takes a month. Due to Postal Service conditions, the actual arrival time cannot be known in advance.
