ROLLING STONES - SATISFACTION
SLEEVE SIGNED BY ALL FIVE ORIGINAL STONES
THIS IS THE REAL DEAL - NOT A COPY
According to my research, The Rolling Stones played The Caird Hall in Dundee on June 18th 1965, less than two weeks after the release of 'Satisfaction'. I came across this sleeve in amongst a batch of 7" singles from the sixties a good number of years ago in Dundee and was amazed to see that all five original members had signed it. They're all there - Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts. I have matched it up with an original copy of the single. The sleeve is in pretty good condition although the glue has come away on the right hand fold and there's a small tear on the back which obviously you don't see. The condition of the record itself is fairly irrelevant but the label is nice and clean. Perfect for framing.
Around ten years ago a major memorabilia company paid a visit to my hometown and I took this along for a valuation. I was told it was totally genuine and was offered a very healthy sum for it which was tempting but I decided to hang on to it. Amazingly they had just purchased a similar item from a lady who had got it from the Caird Hall concert so an easy comparison was made. As I didn't get the autographs myself I can't give a COA but I am very happy to absolutely guarantee it's authenticity and would give a no quibble refund if the buyer isn't totally satisfied. Satisfaction is what I aim for!
