Australian Release date: 196? (UK Release date: 24 September 1965). Recording dates: 2nd November 1964 – 6th September 1965.
On offer here is an EXTREMELY RARE original Australian WORLD RECORD CLUB issue of “Out of Our Heads” album by British band, THE ROLLING STONES. This particular release has a completely unique cover and includes the Australian Top 5 hit, “Heart of Stone”. It sold poorly at the time due to the fact that it was only available via mail-order. back: VG+ matt finish: minor ring-wear (outer rim), insignificant creasing (along spine, top & bottom seams), minor overall spot staining.
Record:
visual: beautiful glossy sheen—insignificant hairlines & few light surface scuffs (side 1: VG, side 2: VG++) (seen under strong light).
audible: EX sounds superb despite some completely insignificant underlying static. DEFINITELY NO JUMPS or SKIPS – played from beginning to end. A HIGHLY ENJOYABLE LISTENING EXPERIENCE!
