On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called 'Rolling Stones No 2' and is an ORIGINAL 1965 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED 'Grooved' Decca label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE ROLLING STONES RAREST LPS EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE DECCA LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL - IS THAT IT HAS THE RAREST COVER EVER MADE FOR THIS LP, AND ULTRA RARE 1A/1A MATRIX ENDINGS ASWELL!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  AND I WILL EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHY THIS LP IS SO AMAZINGLY RARE!!!!  THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN 1965, AND ONLY DAYS AFTER RELEASE COMPLAINTS STARTED TO FLOOD IN TO DECCA ABOUT SOME OFFENDING TEXT ON THE REVERSE OF THE COVER.  THIS OFFENDING TEXT IS KNOWN AS THE 'BLIND MAN' TEXT AND BASICALLY THE TEXT SAID 'IF YOU DONT HAVE THE BREAD, SEE THAT BLIND MAN KNOCK HIM ON THE HEAD, STEAL HIS WALLET....' ETC.  THIS CAUSED GREAT OFFENSE TO MANY PEOPLE, AND DECCA WAS FORCED TO IMMEDIATELY CHANGE THE BACK OF THE COVER & REMOVE THE OFFENDING 'BLIND MAN' TEXT!!!!  HOWEVER, DECCA OBVIOUSLY HAD A HUGE 'PRE-ORDERED' STOCKPILE OF 1ST PRESS COVERS WITH THE OFFENDING 'BLIND MAN' TEXT ON THE REVERSE - AND RATHER THAN DESTROY THEM THEY DECIDED TO 'COVER' THEM (MUCH IN THE STYLE OF A BEATLES 'BUTCHER COVER') WITH A 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK TO 'COVER' THE OFFENDING TEXT!!!!  ONLY AN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNT OF 'CENSORED' 1ST PRESS COVERS WERE EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS (WITH THE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK COVERING THE OFFENDING TEXT!) - BEFORE STANDARD LATER PRESSED COVERS (WITHOUT THE 'BLIND MAN' TEXT) WERE INTRODUCED SOON AFTERWARDS!!!!  AND IF YOU LOOK VERY HARD AT MY PICTURES BELOW YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE ORIGINAL TEXT SHOWING FAINTLY THROUGH THE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK!!!!  AND ON MY OTHER CLOSE UP PICTURE YOU CAN ALSO CLEARLY SEE THE EDGE OF THE PAPER OF THE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK!!!!  THIS IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'CENSORED' 1ST PRESSING WITH ULTRA RARE 'PASTE ON' COVER BACK & 1A/1A MATRIXES IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (AS BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!) AND MAKE THIS LP ONE OF THE RAREST ROLLING STONES LPS EVER MADE!!!!   

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1965 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS UNBOXED 'GROOVED' DECCA LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1A/1A MONO MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS 'HANDLING/PLAYING' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'CENSORED' LAMINATED 'JAMES UPTON' MONO COVER (WITH 'COVERED' BLIND MAN CREDIT!)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Decca UK 1st Pressing from 1965 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is LK 4661 on the ORIGINAL UNBOXED 'Grooved' 1st Press Decca Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable.  This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 3 or 4 VERY light hairlines, NO scufflines, only 3 or 4 MEGA light surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record is also slightly uneven - though this does NOT affect play in the slightest!!!!  The record must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Handling/Playing' inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 'Transitional' Laminated 1st Press MONO Cover (with ULTRA RARE 'Paste On' Cover back!) is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), shiny laminate, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), only a thin line of laminate lifting along the spinal edge, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated cover back (with 'Paste on' cover back 'slick'!) is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
