ROLLING STONES METAMORPHOSIS

This UK 1st press is on the boxed blue and silver Decca label. It is complete with the very earliest XZAL 13897 P-1W / 13898 P-2W matrix, the original Decca inner sleeve and matt Senol Printing Ltd sleeve. Released in 1975, the album features outtakes and alternate versions of Stones tracks.
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition. There is a sensational jet black gloss, every track gleams like new. There are no significant signs of play at all. The label is also superb, the blue is exceptionally bold and the silver text is immaculate. There is no spindle wear, just a couple of the faintest spider marks clearly from the only time it was ever played. It is in fabulous condition. It is complete with the original ploylined inner sleeve.
The sound quality is Near Mint. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and vibrant. There is superb separation and clarity, just as it was intended nearly 40 years ago! 
The matt sleeve is in Excellent condition. This sleeve is delicate and shows wear very easily but we are pleased to say it is in superb condition. It is extremely clean and bright. The image is unworn and the text is sharp. There is just the slightest ring and corner wear. The colours are  vivid, the text is solid and the image is perfect. The whole of this sleeve is very solid and the spine is very firm with clear text.
