ROLLING STONES Let It Bleed '69 DECCA 1st UK PRESS MONO

Label: - DECCA  Catalogue: - LK 5025

Details: - Here we have a very rare 1st UK press of the Stones classic on the Decca 'unboxed' label in the first laminated cover and the original red mono inner sleeve. The matrix numbers are 1st pressing XARL-9363.P-1A, XARL-9364.P-2A

Vinyl: - EX- (better than a VG but slightly below an EX. The vinyl has deep shine with only light hairlines and one slightly more visible mark a bit less than 1cm in length)

  • TEST PLAY
  • Side One:- Plays as an EX throughout the whole side.
  • Side Two:- First track has a little light surface noise and a repeat click for about 45 seconds. Following tacks have an occaisional pop and intermittent very light surface noise but nothing serious. For this reason I have graded a bit below EX. (Full refund on return is always offered so please bid with confidence.)

Sleeve: - EX to EX+ (great condition, clean front and back, sharp spine and edges, laminate retains nice gloss. Some minor creases in the laminate and a very small handwritten price in the top right corner on the back. No tears, splits, edgewear or tape etc)

Labels: - EX (a few light spindle marks each side)

This record seldom comes up for sale. Dont miss your chance

GRADING ABBREV DESCRIPTION MINT M The record is as new. The cover and any inserts should be in perfect condition.
Many Dealers do not use this classification as A record is unlikely to arrive through the post in truly mint condition. EXCELLENT
PLUS
EX+ The record is near-mint, there is no damage or visible surface marking. Under Bright Light you may see fine lines on the record, caused by rubbing on the paper sleeve. Reserve this grade for records where you have difficulty spotting anything wrong.
The Cover and inserts are undamaged. EXCELLENT EX The record may show some signs of having been played, possibly with light surface marks or fingerprints but there is no appreciable lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. EXCELLENT
MINUS
EX- There may be fairly visible surface markings under bright light but the sound quality of the record is not adversely affected.
The Cover and inserts may have noticeable light creasing or "foxing" due to dampness but they are all present and intact. VERY GOOD VG The record has obviously been played a lot, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite surface marks and some light scratches. Also Use this grading where the record has suffered perhaps one more visible scratch, but is otherwise in EX or better condition.
The cover may be creased a little and/or frayed at the opening. You should itemize any more serious damage such as tears.

I also use +/- if I feel a record comes between a grade
