the Stones rare 12" single in the mega rare pasted together" sleeve"!! there are 2 songs on the disk Cocksucker Blues and Brown Sugar this is pressed on green wax the label is the yellow rolling stones tounge label, mahufactured by atco catalog number 100 the sleeve can be best described as an attempt to make the disk look like a b o o t l e g. All the artwork is cut out and the peices are individually pasted on to the plain white sleeve. this has been stored since new in its protective clear plastic sleeve. the cover is NM the artwork is perfect no rips, tears, stains, writing, splits etc. there is one small very light faint stain which is smaller than the size of a dime on the white cover, not on the artwork. you can see if if you look really hard but it does not show up in the picture the disk is visually NM also.I noted 2 light rub marks possible from the player spindle, defintely not a needle scratch, and one is in the trail off vinyl these do not affect play (play graded). there are 3 short dark thin lines in the disk that do not show up in the picture, these are from the green dye used in the manufacturing process.

note regarding rare collectibles:

As with many records by the major british invasion heavies since way before eBAY, sellers have tried to hide defects, mis grading by describing scratches as "marks", and using other tactics, like polishing records, gluing seam splits together, as well as overlooking smaller defects like spindle trails,small tears and initials written on the cover. Another problem now introduced to the record collecting hobby is that with eBAY the hobby has been inundated with non collectors selling records either their old collections or other collections for profit. the margin for error is great here. At TheCosmicCloset WE strive to describe each item exactly as it is. There should be no surprises when you recieve your item. We tend to over grade, especially when items are NM, picking out defects usually over looked such as small creases on covers, light paper scuffs from the inner sleeve or an "angel hair" scratch(s) on the disk. As internet picures (lossy technology) leave something to be desired, We feel it is our responcibility to paint a picture in your mind of the item using our description in conjunction with the item picture.
