very light superficial poly sleeve trace on one side with no effect

bottom seam partly split and wear, small defect on upper right corner, no writing (see photo)

Here is a RARE album of canadian music artists in superb condition. But there are several mistakes in the tarcklisting on the back cover of the LP. First, the chronology is not correct (for example, Rodier is the 2nd track of side 2, not 4th), some artists named are not there (Riverson, Dervieux). We can recognize Patsy Gallant with 2 tracks ("People walkin'..." & "get that ball"), Murray McLauchlan "Lose we", Catherine Blanche ("L'infini" & "Jesus Cristo"), Atkinson Danko and Ford "Right on", Roger Rodier "Am I supposd to let it by again", Space Opera "Country max". I can't recognize the other two tracks.
