This rare 1981 Posh Boy Records release is presumably the true first pressing, since the L.A. Flip Side #28 Rodney On The Roq Volume 2 paper magazine / fanzine is included.
Visually graded condition of the vinyl is VG++, with little to no marks or scratches.  
Disc is not warped, cracked, or chipped.
Book has one page with a small tear, and is otherwise sound.
Sleeve is in VG+ condition, with corner bends / wear, and small ringwear.
Also included is the original inner sleeve with a stain from the chemical reaction between the sleeve paper and the book paper.
