Heavier packages may be shipped FedEx and will be determined at end of auction. All quotes in this listing will be for first class shipping USPS. In addition to the total shipping costs, all auctions will include a one-time $2.16 handling fee.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: we will combine shipping for multiple bids. Shipping will be done by First-Class International or Priority Rate International. All quotes in these auctions will be First Class International 4LBS & under. Multiple items and/or items weighing 4.1 LBS or more will be Priority Rate international or if applicable, Priority Flat Rate. In addition to the total shipping costs, all auctions will include a one-time $3.05 handling fee which includes a certificate of mailing, in addition to the actual shipping costs.

OUR GRADING IS DONE BY FAIR STANDARDS ACCEPTED THROUGH THE EBAY COMMUNITY

Please review all the grading. We stand behind and guarantee all the items we sale and we will come to a mutual solution if there is a problem. We clean each record before it gets shipped, it is removed from the jacket to avoid damage, and shipped with an inner sleeve and all are placed in a plastic sleeve. Records are carefully packed and we rarely have an issue with breakage. We have fixed shipping fees which include a $2.00 handling fee to cover cardboard fillers, bubble wrap and tape and plus delivery tracking confirmation. We live 20 miles from a post office that gives us the service that we require, we do not ship everyday. If you need your package immediately, do not use MEDIA mail! (Media mail takes 9-14 working days and longer at holiday times). We are always happy to combine shipping. For our international customers, we will also combine shipping. You may purchase 4-5 albums for the under 4 pound rule. We also have a third party insurance company that will insure your package. (Does not apply to all countries). If your package goes over the 4 pound rate, it is sent parcel post and may be insured through the USPS. ALL PACKAGES WITH INSURANCE MUST HAVE THE FULL VALUE DECLARED ON CUSTOM SLIPS!WE will not be responsible FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS BY THE POSTAL SERVICE and or CUSTOMS. Packages sent by SURFACE MAIL are more apt to encounter shipping problems. THIS IS WHY WE OFFER OPTIONAL INSURANCE ON THE PACKAGE. Please, do not expect us to refund you for a package that has been damaged or lost in transit. If you have concerns about your package or it is valuable to you, INSURE IT!

If you are having trouble using the checkout system for any reason you may pay us through PAYPAL direct or send us your credit card info and we will process your payment through our physical brick and mortar store. USA INSURANCE: we prefer that you use the insurance option to protect your item(s). we will pack all pieces securely with bubble wrap etc to insure safety, however, we are not able to deliver them to you personally. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the shipping of your item through any shipper.
INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE: under the new postal system Priority Rate International includes indemnity insurance on your package according to the weight. Additional insurance should be added to make sure your item is fully insured. Every country may not have an insurance option, please be sure to check with us AFTER you have won your item.
