Matrix: ROOST SIDE 1 N1/ ROOST SIDE 2 N1Legendary promo LP that features Frankie Lymon and the Teen-agers, Chuck Berry, Lavern Baker, Jimmy Cavallo, Three Chuckles, Connie Francis, Cirino and the Bowties, The Flamingos, The Moonglows, Alan Freed Orchestra, and the Johnny Burnette Trio
No label listed. The released LP was on Chess, but this is before that, so I'm not sure, maybe Roost?
Vinyl - VG- good number of marks, but plays nice and loud Label - VG+ some staining, but readable and intact Sleeve - G+ cover intact on the front as show, with staining as shown. Back cover is blank, but has lots of stains, some dark like mold. I tried to clean them several times to no avail, so I don't know what they are. Most of the edges are split on this cover. Also, there is a musty smell from this cover. When I bought it, at a flea market, it was damp, so I wiped it off and let it dry. Usually this does the trick, but this LP is still pretty strong smelling, like a damp basement, which is probably where it came from. Normally I would throw it away, but because it is a pretty rare LP, I am selling it as is.
