From my personal collection, this is a rare 1984 USA pressing on Rough Trade.  I bought this used in the late '80s.  The reason Peter Gabriel is name-checked in the listing title is there is an excellent and very different cover of Gabriel's "Biko".  Please note that PG himself does NOT appear on this album.  Likewise, there's a stellar cover of Elvis Costello's "Shipbuilding" that has become a Wyatt classic in its own right.

The vinyl is play graded EX; I listened to this in its entirety recently, and it sounded great, with just a little minor surface noise here and there in the quiet bits.  The cover is a solid VG, with the biggest problems being a little rip on the upper seam of the back cover and a stain on the front cover which, upon attempting to remove it, I removed some cover ink around it instead (oops!)...that stain is there for good.  There is also a dinged corner.  Beyond THAT, there's a little minor typical shelf wear.  This is a great sounding and still pretty decent looking copy though: please see the hi-res photos for the general lay of the land.  I need to clear out some space, so this gem is in search of a new home.
