Description
The famous school version Chicken Fat record in excellent condition with insert. One side has the disc Jockey Version running time 2:12 the other side is the school version running at 6:30 which explained why it plays at 331/3 RPM. This was a school library record that was never checked out. There is a mark or two on the record which you see at just the right light and angle which do not affect sound at all. It took me several try's to get them to show up in the photo. The sound is flawless. The insert shows a little wear and the generic jacket has some small tears. Stamped "St. Bonaventure School, Columbus, Nebraska" on the label. Great shape for its age. Ships same or next day. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Some History:
A song written by Meredith Wilson of “Music Man” fame. It was commissioned by John Kennedy for his new Youth Fitness Program. A copy of this record was sent to every school in the U.S. with the idea that it would be played over the P.A. every morning while students did calisthenics.
