ROBERT CALVERT - CAPTAIN LOCKHEED & THE STARFIGHTERS
UNITED ARTISTS LABEL 1974 ORIGINAL FIRST UK PRESSING WITH EMBOSSED GATEFOLD SLEEVE & CUSTOM INNER IN EXCELLENT TO NEAR MINT CONDITION.

Released in 1974 on the UA label, I am offering today this original first UK pressing of this great solo album from Hawkwind's ROBERT CALVERT which is titled "CAPTAIN LOCKHEED AND THE STARFIGHTERS". The album features some great musicians including LEMMY, PAUL RUDOLF, SIMON KING, ARTHUR BROWN, VIV STANSHALL, TWINK to name just a few.
The vinyl is in near mint condition and plays with excellent audio. Absolutely no sticks or skips etc. It would be hard to find better.
The album comes with its original embossed gatefold sleeve which is in very clean excellent condition. Clean with no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc and the spine is fully legible. You will go a long way to find a cleaner example. This is a top copy.
The album comes complete with its original custom inner which apart from a small hole in the top corner is in very presentable condition.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and the album plays with excellent audio with absolutely no sticks or skips etc.
The VINYL, The vinyl is extremely clean and plays with excellent audio Needless to say that there are no sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The embossed gatefold sleeve is clean with no unwanted writing etc, and the spine is fully legible.
The LABELS, The custom UA labels are clean, They show virtually no spindle traces and are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original custom inner is clean and free from unwanted writing, splits or stickers etc but has a small hole in the top corner.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
