the LP, while disappointing, given that it can take you decades to find, is a ‘grower’
and definitely something of an acquired taste
their 45s are stronger – this one, in particular is a beauty, comprising their best two tracks
produced by Tony McPhee (hilariously credited ‘McFee’ on the labels),
the engineering and production is very strong and immediate – an impressive recording
both sides composed Alan Ross
