REVOLUTIONARIES - Dub Expression Volume 1 (High Note LP) - 1978
Immaculately presented copy of this awesome, ultra-rare High Note dub LP which looks as crisp as the day it was pressed - you won't find a better copy !! Recorded and mixed at Treasure Isle, engineered by Errol Brown, and produced by Sonia Pottinger. Includes K-I-L-L-E-R dubs of Culture's See Them A Come, The Heptones' Get In The Groove, Dennis Brown's Ghetto Girl, and Marcia Griffiths' Melody Life and Mark My Words, amongst others. The vinyl is pristine, with just a couple of very, very light surface marks - and the sleeve is in fantastic condition too. Probably played just a handful of times, if that, over the past 30 years.
Tracks: The Gun Court Dub, Ital Stew, Super Tracks, Dread At The Controls, Ghetto Dub, Ranking Marshal, Down Town Ting, Bond Street Rock, Melodious Dub, Mark Dis Yah Dub.
A-side: The tiniest amount of pressing noise - hardly audible in fact - with a very occasional very small pressing pop. Grade - EX+/Near Mint
B-side: The tiniest amount of pressing noise - hardly audible in fact - with a very occasional very small pressing pop. Grade - EX+/Near Mint
Labels: Both labels are pristine.
Sleeve: The sleeve has a very small amount of light ring wear to the front, while the rear has some light ring wear and storage marks plus a small patch of sticker residue (approximately 2cm x 2cm). All four edges and corners are near perfect.
